Sirs,

Greetings from the Ashirvaad residents' Assn.

Soon after u all expressed ur desire to us to form an organisation for smooth  conducting further matters in our common interest on 2nd March 2013, We all 

lost no time to do needful and the list of Organising  Body was sent to ur office.

We further requested u to arrange a meeting between us at ur office as  our desire

is to amicably and peacefully solve all pending issues for which u fixed a time & venue last week, only to be told at the eleventh hour of the cancellation, when all 

of us were half way to ur office to attend the meeting.  Ur  such response is not appreciated, especially when our members cut short of their office hrs a couple

of hours earlier to reach the venue of meeting.

Then we decided to hand hand over the list of common issues to ur office staff and requested her to arrange a meeting at another date. We are sure u r aware of the development. Our waiting for ur invitation was in vain till now, which prompted this mail to u.

Now we bring to ur kind attn the following major factors:

1) WITHDRAWL OF SECURITY UPBRUPTLY :

The abv factor is a major stake for all of us including ur blood relations staying here. Yesterday a Police SI visited us and cautioned us against the increasing 

crime rate in our locality and advised strongly to engage security both day and night. The residents are scared.  Under the situation, if anything  went wrong in our premises, we wish to reiterate that U only will be held responsible for the lack of security without reaching any amiable accord. We r sure u will appreciate this factor. 

2)  We were all thankful to u for arranging minor repairs inside each flat on 9th Mar 2013. But that also was NOT completed in a single day. We had informed ur office staff last week in person to complete the job, for which she responded next Sat Day, i.e: 16/3/2013. But that promise NOT kept up. Some of the repairs were of Electrical in nature- very serious.

We are prepared to extend our max possible  help for co ordination of the various pending issues (including common issues list of which is   available with ur office) and request you to take advantage of the present situation to solve all amicably soon.

U r therefore once again requested to act  on priority  basis :

1)  RE-ENGAGE  THE  SECURITY  WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT  

2)  FIX A FACE TO FACE MEET  SOON TO SOLVE ALL ISSUES  

3)  TO COMPLETE THE MINOR PENDING JOBS INSIDE FLATS AS 

     PROMISED BY YOU.
