2 Important pending tasks.

Dear all,

    Most of us know the recent developments of our association. It is about to be halted as lack of interest among members. Even if it is closed, there are two important tasks pending for the every individual residents.

    They are,

1. Securing the mother document(s) from our promoter to a common place like bank locker.
2. To have association exists at least in paper.
   

    So I am writing in common interest of all, to save our future. You may aware of problems of not securing mother documents. So it needed to be taken from promoter and secured in a common place, agreeable to everyone.

    The second task is about the external problems, we could face in the future. Our country which should give respect to every individual, does not do it. But a paper gets more value. So I feel that, at least having association on paper is must. It the biggest task for any individual to do so.

    If we want to do that, we must do it ourselves. So kindly give your proof of ownership to me by yourself. Neither office bearers or I would come and ask you this. You have to come by yourself. Only other help I expect from you is, as all are not reading emails, kindly let at least one of your neighbor to know this and push him/her to give the photocopy of the proof of ownership. If at least 40 proof gets collected, I will try to pursue the rest, so that we can take it forward.

     This is not final. Even if new members takes over association leadership, these tasks requires everyone's contribution. Now the ball is in your court.
