0.9.0.1 RC1

This is the first candidate for release of Apache Kafka 0.9.0.1. This a bug fix release that fixes 70 issues.

Similar to other Apache projects, a vote from a committer is considered binding. During the voting process, we encourage non-committers to vote as well. We will cancel the release even if a critical issue is reported from a non-committer.
