Dear Team

With the help of Allah we are going to complete this year 2013-14 after 3 months successfully. From the next year we will change some of our process and policies regarding Kafeel Children, funding and our honored Kafeel members.

With the help of this strategy we will able to face future challenges and helps more and more children which are still waiting for help.

Your suggestions are required for making new long term strategy.

Suggested name for this strategy is “2020 Strategy”.  ( Send your suggested names for this strategy)

In this we will cover following

1.       Growth of Kafeel Children in term of Quantity and Quality

¨       How many children will be added every year

¨       For how many years we will sponsor each child

¨       Financial Support (Stipend)

¨       Any additional learning for all Kafeel children

¨       Reward on extra performance (Position, Sports etc)

¨       Quran/Islamic  Education

¨       Meeting with children

¨       Criteria of adding new children

 

2.       How to increase Funding

¨       Methods for collection of funds

¨       Active Participation of Kafeel Member

¨       Monthly participation through easy paisa/timepay

¨       Exploring new ways

 

3.       Kafeel Member

¨       Motivation of Kafeel members

¨       Active participation

¨       Role based participation

¨       Target based participation (Related to funding)

¨       Monthly meeting (Performance of each member)

¨       Adding new member

¨       Communication between members
