Subject: Contribution towards Tafea day program
Dear all
I ‘am sending this email on behalf of the Tafea day committee, we need all your support to carry out a successful Tafea celebration, we are asking if you could contribute 1000vt towards this 2 days celebration.
I have listed few Tafean’ s public servants to choose among them who will be the focal point in each ministry/Depart to collect their contributions.
It does not stop people who are generous like the directors and Managers to give more.
There is a kava night planned for tomorrow, more information on this later.
See attachment for some highlights (program and exhibition), we want to set an example for other Provinces to use. It is the first time we are partnering with the Public Sector, semi public and Private sector for the development of Tafea. Also our Logo and the words that goes with is easy for other province to adopt, Tafea I Redi is sweet and short but means a lot.
