Fwd: [cscegovernance] PAN CARD DOCUMENTS to be couriered within 10 days of submission of online application

Dear All,

This has reference to the PAN card service being currently provided by CSCs . The CSCs have an option to choose either NSDL or UTIITSL for the issuance of the PAN cards

It has now been made mandatory by both NSDL or UTIITSL that the ink signed hard copy of all the documents required for the PAN card  ie. Form 49, address proof, photo ID etc. have to be collected by VLEs for each online application submitted . Hence you are requested to collect the hard copies from the customers and courier it to the address given below.

Also there is a huge pendency of the physical documents because of which PAN card issuance is delayed. .
