So - how do you quit?

I don't see any way to remove either my account, or my site from
Kachingle. I've decided to quit the service, but this doesn't seem
possible.

Ending your monthly Kachingle Pay-In is easy:
- Login to Kachingle.com
- Click "Settings"
- Under the Pay-In heading, click "Cancel or modify your Kachingle Pay-
In through PayPal"
This takes you to PayPal, directly to your recurring payment, where
you can cancel your Pay-In (or "Subscription" as PayPal calls it).

As for your Medallion, it cannot be deleted from our system, but if
you remove it from your site, it is effectively dead. To make sure
it's no longer listed publicly on our site, just reply with the
Medallion number or your URL, and I'll take care of that. Or you can
email custom...@kachingle.com.

SO, I tried going to Paypal, but my subscription doesn't show for me to be able to quit.The payment is definitely being taken though, and I do want to stop it. Please advise.

Hi Michele,

If you go straight to PayPal, it's hard to find your "subscriptions" — they pretty much bury that feature.

But as noted in the earlier post, if you log into your Kachingle account settings, we'll take you straight there:

- Login to Kachingle.com 
- Click "Settings" 
- Under the Pay-In heading, click "Cancel or modify your Kachingle Pay- 
In through PayPal"

This takes you to PayPal, directly to your recurring payment, where 
you can cancel your Pay-In (or "Subscription" as PayPal calls it).
