Designing and deployment of Enterprise Networking based on Windows 2003 / Windows 2008 Directory services
• Hands on experience on DNS / WINS / DHCP
• Hands on experience and thorough understanding of Active Directory concepts
• Understanding and prior working knowledge on Multi Forest / Multi domain experience
• Hands on and knowledge of SCOM , SCCM , SQL is preferable
• AD DS Backup / Restore procedures and High availability and DRBCP concepts, windows clustering
• Understanding of different types of disks / RAID levels
• Prior experience in designing of storage for databases like Oracle , SQL , Exchange is desirable
• SAN Concepts , Designing of high available SAN solutions
• Thorough understanding of Virtualization concepts predominantly VMware ESX Platform (server/storage)
• Hand on experience of virtualization technology
• Preferably certified on MCTX or VCDX.

• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, OSI layers and networking fundamentals
• Expert knowledge on bridging, IP routing protocols
• In-depth understanding of WAN/LAN technologies and networked applications
• In-depth understanding of Enterprise IT Security requirements
• Hands on experience in installing/configuring/managing networking products like routers, switches, load balancers, wan optimizers
• Design (or part of team) knowledge of datacenter Infrastructure
• Hands on experience in installing/configuring/managing firewall products knowledge of NIPS, HIPS, Reverse Proxy etc
• Minimum CCNA/CCDA certification or equivalent. CCNP/CCDP is preferred
