Why doesn't it show all the cities?

City:5 will show all the level 5 cities.  Is that what you mean?

City:1-100 will show all the cities.

Or...

City1:-100 distance:400 will show you all the cities on the map but only if your browser can handle it.

The game returned a grassland for that spot instead of a city during the last map.  Not sure why, but its ok now.  

In the future, you can click on the arrow next to the world number and click "history".  Then search on a previous map to see where their cities were before.
