Hi All,

As agreed, we will once again implement the renewal of membership of every Kabalikat member. Pls. reproduce and disseminate the attached form to chapter presidents and members. Implementation is from January 1-25, 2011.

Govs will submit to me summary in excel format which I will email to each one of you later. I already appointed some members here in Cebu to assist me in compiling the lists to form a database.
