For starter, Please advise Sir Kako to get in touch with our NTC Bacolod City Office. He knows personally our OIC there. Based on the info that was provided re- frequency being utilized by Kabalikat Bacolod / Talisay Chapter, the frequency that they are using is not the assignable frequency for Civic Action Group (Please see attached mid band frequency for Civic Action), so as the temporary frequency they are using now.
Suggestion, visit our NTC Bacolod City and apply for the operation of radio station under the civic action category so that our office can assign the proper frequency being used by Civic Action Groups.
Can we ask your advise and assistance regarding the issue in KB279. Net call and other important activities of Kabalikat Negros are totally shutdown due to the fact that they are being jammed by other radio operator. Can you let us know whats the best.right things we can do to fix it.

This is to inform the group that we from KB 279 Bacolod/Talisay Chapter have transferred our standby frequency momentarily from 146.560mhz to 146.370mhz, for the reason that the frequency are being jammed for more than a week already by some stations from Bacolod...... due to this we cant copy weak stations especially with priority traffics...
