Hello Mohamed,

The process of creating a non- profit organization is very challenging in the beginning, but you certainly set the plat form.The second step of the process should be to select and recruit active and knowledgeable kabadhe members who are willing to give their time and effort. I am happy to see women in leadership roles, but that role of “women manager” has to be clarified.
