Why cannot we simply say Reer Axxamed community, instead of using tongue-twisting names such as Kabadhe or kabadhians?

Brother yabarag, Ottowa Elders proposed this name (Kabadhe), and that is why we are using but at the end of all these names are Reer Axamad.
