Dear KAAS Community,

 

Thanks for your participation in the idea generation. After careful review and consideration, we are pleased to announce that the KAAS Summer BBQ Picnic is back and will be held on Saturday August 28, 2021 at Bear Mountain State Park, NY. 

 

This will be our first in-person event since February 2020, so this will be a great opportunity to network and catch up with KAAS members - feel free to bring any guests including your family and friends! For planning purposes, please indicate your attendance by completing this survey (link). See below for the details.

 

• When : Saturday, August 28, 2021, 11AM
• Where : Bear Mountain State Park Picnic Area, NY
• Cost : Free – this event will be proudly sponsored by Samsung Life Insurance!
• Transportation : please indicate if you need a ride, KAAS will coordinate rides based on the survey result

 

Even though this event will be outdoors, we are aware of the current COVID-19 related situation and we will keep monitoring it. If there is any update to the event, we’ll share it in advance.

Due to careful consideration of the forecast, we have decided to postpone this event to Saturday, September 25th. We will send another RSVP survey in the coming weeks and we hope that those who are not able to make it this time can also attend the event.
