How do i read RFI id from my vehicle

Hi Team,

Would you please mention the way to read RFI id of a vehicle using kaa.

I'm trying to fetch RFI data from kaa server.

Hi,

Sorry for the late reply. Where and how you store RFI id?

If RFI id is stored in database. You can read RFI id log data directly from database that you use. According other questions on Kaa forum you use Mongo.
Mongo log appender writes all logs in table: logs_<your-apllication-id>.

Actually i'm trying to

1)Configure RFID Reader(Hardware device) in kaa server

2)Based on the reader info i've to send notifications to the mobile device from KAA server

Would you please mention the steps for the same?

Hello,

1) Can you tell me, what device do you use as a RFID reader? If it's supported by Kaa, you can install SDK on it directly. If not, you can use other board with Kaa on it as gateway.

2) You should write a Kaa application which will send events from RFID reader board and an Android or iOS application (using appropriate SDK) which will receive these events.
