I notice changes with sdrplay in the latest git pull. Does that mean ka9q-radio will now work with an sdrplay receiver?

At K4VZ's suggestion I've just added the ability to dynamically load device handlers (ie, plugins) into radiod. This is the best way to support the SDRplay and Fobos and other similar devices in the future.

I've tested this mechanism with dynamic versions of my existing drivers (e.g., rx888, airspy) but it's up to those who want support for those other devices to write the necessary modules. I think that's happening now, but I can't speak for them.
