KA Alumni southern Region Committee

[Mawerenga, Kondwani K]

Dear all

The executive committee of KA Alumni (southern Region) comprising of Mabvuto Kasote - President; Memory Kapezi - Vice President; Kondwani Mawerenga - Secretary; and Maggie Kasambala - Treasurer had their first meeting yesterday.

Issues discussed included the following:
1) Formulation of the Terms of Reference for the various positions
2) Guiding document for the Association (constitution?)
3) Association’s Finances and how to raise the same
4) Association’s annual activities
The meeting agreed to form subcommittees to function as follows:

• to formulate the terms of reference and guiding document for the association
• to run and raise the finances of the association

Some of you will soon be contacted to help with the affairs of these sub committees.

We have planned to meet again on Monday 4th June 2007 before we call for a meeting for all Alumni to attend.
