SDR Monitor

Trying to run SDR Monitor on a Fl;ex6500 on Windows 10 -

Had an older versiion 1.2.1 which quit working.

I deleted that version, and loaded 2.4.0.  I had a problem loading, but finally got it 

loaded.  Opened the program and it opened normally.  However, it cannot find the radio.

Things I have tried:

turned off spyware program.

Windows Defender disabled

deleted the user file RNASoftware\SDRMonitor

deleted the program 86x RNASoftware.

Re-loaded the program

The program seems to load properly, but when it searches I get "No radio"

This error shows up in the temp blocks

I am running Fiber Optics for internet service.

Rebooted Flex and computer.

As a side note, I also had SWR Plotter which also has quit working.  I deleted that

program as well, as it was an older version.

I also have SolorData installed, and it runs fine.

Any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated.
