VoiceKeyer started throwing an error message yesterday, then it failed to load. I must have done something, because it had been working great for several weeks. Below is the error message. Thanks! K5IUC

This error message indicates that your settings file has become corrupted. To correct this, do the following:

  1. In file explorer, go to the following directory:

C:\Users\<your user name>\AppData\Roaming\K9DUR Software\VoiceKeyer

  1. Then delete the “VoiceKeyer.xml” file.

When you restart VoiceKeyer, it will create a fresh copy of the file with the default settings. Unfortunately, you will have to set up your hardware & other settings again.

After you have everything set back up, make a backup copy of the “VoiceKeyer.xml” file so you have your setup saved in case this should occur again.

Thanks! That did the trick. I get this error message when I start the program, but the program does seem to be working fine.
