SDR Monitor

SDR Monitor no longer detects my Flex. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still no go. Any ideas?

Sorry you are having a problem.  I really cannot offer any suggestions without more information.  What version of SmartSDR? What version of SDRMonitor?

 

When you uninstalled SDRMonitor, you did not remove all vestiges of the program.  Try the following: 

1. Uninstall SDRMonitor
2. Delete the following directory:

                        C:\Users\<your user name>\AppData\Roaming\RNA Software\SDRMonitor

 

That should allow you to re-install as if the program had never been previously installed at all.

SmartSDR 3.4.24   SDRMonitor 2.3.1

This was working with these versions up to about a week ago.

I did what you suggested below. Still no go.Is there something imbedded in the registry that could be removed, too?

SSDR for Flex on the Mac shows ps voltage and temp in one of the panadapters, so I assume the Flex is ok.

It turned out to be the firewall. Not sure why it changed. Maybe a Windows update.
