I'm just an inexperienced individual trying to set up my website: seekingsensuality.com
using new Google sites:

I understand that each domain has different foibles. Very confusing.
I got as far as step 5 of 7 on this page:

But then I didn't understand.
Does it want Google's nameserver details to be logged in 123reg control panel?
For a period of time I was getting the Refuses to Connect message.

But that's now changed to:
403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.
I'm so lost and just running around in circles.
