Need help - Latest section in sidebar

Is it possible to help me get rid off the "Latest post" section in the
right sidebar? I checked and there is no Widget associated with this
rss section and it seems to be bugging since it is showing the same
post lie 5 times...

K2 loads default widgets if you don't have any in sidebar1. Just add
the widgets you want from the admin and it will start to look like you
want. All the default widgets can be dragged back in minus the one(s)
you don't want.
