Should i Upgrate k2 2.6.7

Hi,

I am running my site as Multi sites ( using Multi Sites component).
i have installed K2 2.5.7 in my main site.
almost have 600 articles in K2.

Now it is showing K2. 2.6.7 update.


should i update K2 from the version 2.5.7 to version 2.6.7.

if i upgrade does my changes remain in the site ....
is the articles are remain same.
do i need to do anymore UI changes after the upgrade of K2 2.6.7.


Please Give the suggestion and solution for this ...
