What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make sure advanced navigation as well as JS anim are active.
2. Scroll down so the navi attached to top of window
3. Resize the window.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should reposition itself when the window is resized, but it doesn't.
