If this is a bug, what steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Uploading a non-cropped image for the header
2. Using the crop tool
3. Saving the custom header image
What did you expect to happen? What does happen?:
I expected the header image not to tile. It tiles - i.e., it is reproduced,
in part, so that that it spans the entire width of the page.
SVN revision or version used (not 'latest')?: Sorry, I don't know what SVN
is or how to find the version
Version of WordPress used?: 2.8.3
