I've reached our limit of 10 users on a new domain. bulldogway.org
The add more users tab has not appeared yet. Is there a way I can
email google k-12 to request more accounts.
Or is there something else I need to do in the control panel?

Thanks.

You need to fill out the EDU upgrade form:  http://support.google.com/a/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=72223.   It takes a few weeks after the form is filled out to get the upgrade.

Good Morning!

I had a question I am not finding a lot of documentation for.  I have a user that has left the district (and I have disabled their access to the Message Center in Postini).  My question is in regards to forwarding their email or providing access to the user's email account by a supervisor.  Is this possible in the settings?  I would like to forward new emails to this user to their supervisor.  I could simply change the email password and provide the new password to the supervisor but would prefer to simply forward the emails in order to maintain the integrity of the former user's mailbox.  Could anyone provide some insight?

Many thanks in advance.

Change the password on the account so u know it. Unsuspend the account and log on as the user.

From the settings-accounts tab you can grant another user access to the mailbox.

From the Forwarding/Pop settings page you can setup a forwarding email to forward all mail to another person or people.
