Postini Message Discovery

We're looking at adding the Postini Message Discovery services to our GAFE domain. 

Does anyone have experience with working with Google directly on getting this implemented?  We can't seem to get anyone at Google to help us with ordering this.  There doesn't seem to be a Sales phone number for Postini services through Google and only an online "sales request" form.  So far we've submitted the form 2x with no response from Google.  

Anyone know a trick to getting the Postini add-on services ordered?

I contacted them back in April or May to get our GMD ordered.  I ended up talking to Joel Huff (joel...@google.com).  He was more than willing to sell it to us, but we had to go through a TX purchasing partner, so he set us up with them.  Don't know if he is still there, but it's worth a shot.

I thought that Postini was being phased out of GAFE accounts in favor of Google Message Discovery and Archiving service?

As I understand it the Google Message Security part of Postini (spam filtering functions, etc.) are being merged into the GAFE control panel. If that is all you use then you will not have Postini services for your domain. This will be the case for other versions of Google Apps in the future.

The Message Discovery service is also part of Postini and is purchased separately. As I am planning on purchasing this I have asked not to have the Google Message Security functions merged into GAFE for my domain at this time.

Hope that clarifies the situation a little.
