I use Autocrat to generate a transportation request based on a Google Form entry.  Teachers enter date and time using the Google Forms Date tool (ensures proper formatting) and then merge this entry into a template doc that gets emailed as a pdf.  The entry is appearing correctly in the spreadsheet but when merged and sent to head of transportation it is reporting an hour earlier as if it is not recognizing daylight savings shift this past weekend.

Any ideas?

Yes...the Google Date format does not ensure proper formatting.  In order to get proper formatting using Autocrat or FormMule scripts, the format must be entered as such:

Use this format:  mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm (ex. Jan 1st 2014 at 1pm would be 01/01/2014 13:00)

This may be different with the new Add-Ons, but was true before this new feature.

Problem resolved...

The Google Form "Date" option does a nice job of making sure that it is in the acceptable format for Autocrat and other scripts, but for some reason it is struggling with the "new" daylight savings dates.  It was only processing incorrectly those entries that fall within the window of the new daylight savings date and the old daylight savings date change.  Outside of this window the requests are processing correctly.

A-ha moment while typing...
***Error was found when I went into script editor.  For some reason it had selected timezone central - Mexico City.  Changed to timezone central and issue is resolved.***
