Export Google Mailboxes

Anyone know how I can export the list of mailboxes in particular OU's and sort by activity date etc?  I'm using AD Synch and the "download as CSV" option in the google apps manager is greyed out.

I'd like to see who's hasn't logged in and activated their google accounts.

I can't get in to my Control Panel right now, but I am pretty sure I used this in the past

  It looks like, for whatever reason, the .CSV link disappears when you create more than 30 users in your domain.  However, you should still be able to download the file by logging into the Control Panel and then manually entering the URL:
https://www.google.com/a/cpanel/yourdomain.com/DownloadUserData/UserData-yourdomain.com-20090527.csv    (replace both yourdomain.com entries with your actual domain name and replace 20090527 with today's actual date).

If GAM is working for you, you could use the reports feature in the GA Admin Control Panel.  Click the "Reports" tab, then "Additional Reports" tab.  The first report is "Accounts Report".  It contains a lot of information ( see below ), including the last login date.

Accounts Report fields:

date, account_id, account_name, status, quota_in_mb, usage_in_bytes, primary_account_id, primary_account_name, creation_date, last_login_date, last_web_mail_date, surname, given_name, service_tier, channel, suspension_reason, last_pop_date, creation_time, last_login_time, last_web_mail_time, last_pop_time

Once downloaded you could narrow it down to the info you need.  (ie account_name, status, last_login_date, last_web_mail_date, last_login_time, last_webmail_time...)

I can't check right now, but I don't think that this gives the OU.  Some interesting data, but no idea of the OU or organization each email address belongs to.
