YouTube Uploading Issue

Hi.

Anyone experiencing a white screen when trying to upload a video to YouTube? Any time I try to upload a video I get this white screen. I try a different computer and it's the same issue. The computers I've been using are PC's and one Macbook Pro. I went home and uploaded the video using my Mac and it was fine. I reached out to a Google person and they said delete Chrome and reinstall. So I did and then it worked for about a week. Now I have the same issue again.

Thoughts? Solutions?

I’ve seen this on the mac with the Youtube Studio page a couple weeks again.  Deleted the Chrome folder from ~/Library/Application Support/Google/ and had them log in Chrome again.  So far, so good.
