Hi I'm new to the group!

I have quite the mystery on my hands... We have over 300 Samsung 303C model Chromebooks, all of them work flawlessly except one. When the problem first arose the user wasn't able to access the sign-on screen. After further investigation of the issue I learned through logging in as a guest user that the Chromebook can get to any website but Google (which makes sense because the chromebook can't access a google login window)  After taking the chromebook onto another network it worked perfectly. I brought it back onto our network and then wiped the chromebook and re-flashed the OS and am still having the problem, and I can't re-enroll the device until I hit a google login screen. I checked our content filter and that is letting the requests to google pass through. After running a connectivity diagnostic test on the chrombook I found that the problem seems to lie within the firewall, internet traffic was allowed on port 80 but blocked on port 443. I'm having trouble trying to figure out why this problem would be happening on this one chromebook out of the 300 other ones that we have. Has anyone else had an issue like this or know how to fix it?

Thanks for the help!
