Not sure if this is the same problem you are experiencing…. But as an fyi… We had a cart of 30 chromebooks in one building and a few in another building receive the attached error stating that the user’s profile could not be opened correctly. The chromebooks took 1.5 minutes to log in to get past this error. Once logged in, users saw only 3 icons, Chrome, Store and one other. They did not see Drive. Google told us it is a glitch on their side. We wiped the devices and re-enrolled them and they are now working. Can’t imagine having to do this if we were a 1:1 environment. Perhaps Google is working on another solution.
