We just made change to add new domain to the consortium for our school and
in fall for 1st time students will be "
stu...@zzsk8.org". We want to
transition all staff to also using email @
zzsk8.org. Most teachers indicated
they did not want to have two accounts.
I know I can create alias for teacher by adding
tea...@zzk8.org to current
acct. However this alias has limitations - one being teacher can't login
with alias.
Other option is to create new acct for teacher and then have teachers go to
Settings - Accounts and add their old account as an alias to the new one.
This seems the likely direction we'd go (~30 staff users).
Advice from anyone that has done this or any options that I'm not aware of?

... and yes, I'm aware of complaining and hand holding that for most
teachers to add old account added to new ;-)
