We have a Contact Us form on our website and I would like the "email" to be sent to a generic "info" address and when it comes into Google it would be routed to the correct person based on a user selected "subject".

Can Google mail be set to do this?

Yes - you would use filters and auto-forwarding. But it will take a little bit to set up. Each auto-forward address gets a code that has to be entered in individually.
