Read Receipt

Does anyone know how to setup Google mail with a "receipt" (as in received, opened/read, etc)?

Go to:
  • Apps Control Panel
  • Settings
  • Email
  • Scroll down to "Email Read Receipts"
  • Make selection there to enable for the domain
Once that is done, users can click "Request return receipt" when sending an email.

Not available through Gmail from my understanding...I have asked previously.  That said, I hope someone can prove me wrong.
