Template Gallery

We are concerned about students uploading potentially inappropriate or unlicensed content to our Domain Template Gallery. I've searched around and do not see a policy setting in the Admin Console that would prevent students from uploading templates. Has anyone found a way to do this?

Furthermore, I was wondering if other schools view this as a valid concern, and if so how it is being dealt with. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

It would be attached to their username. So, in my opinion, that is a discipline issue.
