Hi,

I'm the admin for this elementary school. Google+ worked for mobile on Friday, until the new Google+ app for Android rolled out. Now users are being told that they don't have access. I have checked the admin console, and there isn't even a setting for this. I didn't change any settings between Thursday and Friday.

TIA

Dan

Maybe a new dependent service that is turned off for those users?

Thanks, Ed, but I literally didn't change anything. Other than the app updating, I can't think of anything that changed. I'll look into it further today.

Reverting the app solves the login problem, but certain other functions like Instant upload still don't work.

Are you using the setting to restrict posts to the organization by default?  This option disables mobile access until Google fixes it at an unknown time.  I wonder if somehow did work with this setting on one version but is now not working again.

Disclaimer:  I'm basing this on older versions of G+ as I just saw that my device was not yet updated.  I just did update and still can't access, but we have this restriction option enabled.
