I have just updated Google Apps directory sync to this version: v 3.1.3
I notice that on the User accounts screen/window -->User Attributes Tab, that they want you to fill in a "Unique identifier Attribute".  For Active Directory they suggest using: objectGUID
So I added that as they have suggested.

For email address Attribute we have:  sAMAccountName

I ran a simulation sync and I see this now in the logs:

Modify user 1,021: "usernameXXXX"
Change stored non-address primary key to "xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"

Just wondering what this is all about and if anyone has any ideas!
Thanks,
Dan Christ

Not 100% sure, but I think this is so your accounts will have the objectGUID as the primary unique identifier and if a user changes their email address, it will make that change instead of creating a new account.
