Is it possible to get the usernames of those who make edits to a Google Site?

You could subscribe to Page changes and/or Site changes under More. Not sure if that would indicate "who" made the changes.

Go into the "manage site" option and then to "recent site activity". I think that would show you who changed which page, and when they did it.
