Matching in Google Forms

Hi All!
I am trying to create a final test for a teacher and wonder if Google Forms can accommodate a matching type question. 
Help please!

Although there is not a specific "Matching" question type in Google Forms, you can use the "Grid" question type to achieve a similar result.  See this form as an example:


Grids are limited to five columns so you would not be able to have more than five matching options in any one question.

If you have more than five blanks, you might be able to put a word bank above a series of individual "text" questions:

You could have students type the actual word bank words into the proper blanks, or assign letters/numbers to each word in the word bank. At the bottom, I tested whether a multiple choice question would allow more options...it does, but having several of those would make scrolling back up to the word bank more complicated than it should be.
