We've gotten a number of new Kyocera TaskAlpha copiers in our district this fall, and are finding that Chrome devices are having issues printing to them.

We're able to select the exact copier model for the driver. Kyocera's website suggests IPP as the protocol.

The problem? There's no control for what tray paper is being pulled from. It may interrupt someone who is doing copies with color paper...it may try to grab paper from Tray 3....whatever. This is not really workable.

Has anyone else experienced issues (or success?) printing to Kyocera copiers?
