We are demoing an Acer C7 Chromebook and overall we like it and it capabilities, especially the fact it has a VGA port.

We have about 6 computer labs already equipped with KB and Monitors and are investigating whether we can connect the Chromebook and have the students use the KB and mice and monitor with the CB top closed. We have seen comments on other sites regarding changing settings in Dev Mode, but would like a simpler solution.

Also, what about the power settings, can they be changed so the device does not close down after an amount of time of inactivity.
