We currently use google mail. The new superintendent would like to have access to all of the employee email addresses, addresses and phone numbers in her contact list. We used the import contact list feature and it came up in the card version instead of a list of addresses and phone numbers available to her phone. How can we import this information without having to add the contacts one at a time? Thanks for any help you can give. Kathleen

Can you clarify? Where are you importing, straight to the phone? Into the google account and then syncing with phone?

If you are just trying to update his own contacts, you can use my Connected Groups add-on.  I wrote it for a similar situation.
