Gmail SSL protocol error

So this morning, most of my staff are getting an SSL protocol error when trying to access Gmail

I've found lots of refs to this online, but can't get it fixed.

Any recommendations??

I also have been getting this a lot when folks try and add their gmail to the mail app on their iPads.
