Outlook to Gmail - Labels not being created

In the past I have used the "Google Apps Migration for Outlook" tool to move email from Outlook to a Google Apps Gmail account - https://tools.google.com/dlpage/outlookmigration

However I just used the tool today and none of the Outlook folders got created as labels in Gmail. So all of the email messages just got dumped into the Gmail inbox, rather than getting labels attached as normal.

Has anyone seen this happen? I can't find anything online to indicate a change in how the tool processes folders. Any suggestions to fix this behavior?

Hi Eric, 

If you get the answer to this, I would like to hear about it.  Every time in the past I have used the Migration tool, it has brought the folders over as well.  We have several users who have "cascaded folders" in their Outlook and is would be a big issue if we couldn't bring them over like we have in the past. We have been running an "opt in" system for the Spring semester for mail, using the test domain alias for users who wanted GMail.  We are looking to flip the switch over to GMail not long after the school year ends.
