I got a reply, possibly from you, in netmail. It was about discounting these potentially helpful people.
I do discount them. I don't do it with any sense of
unfairness. With their restriction of duties and their attitude of not learning anything new as their retirement is imminent, I feel somewhat justified in cursing them.
They do not even do the jobs of their choice well, let alone try to do anything extra.
