Hi, my name is Merrill W. Coy and I live in Coos Bay, or
(That's Oregon) were I'm currently taking a class at the local
community college. I'm 21 years. And besides collecting
comic books my hobbies include writing programs on computers
and leather craft. If anyone out there reads or collects
comic books please send me a message. And if you don't send
one anyway. I also have variety of tastes in music.

Hey Merrill!

How's life over in Coos Bay? I'm 17 and I am a senior at Jesuit High School
in Portland. I only have 7 days left!!! I haven't really collected comic
books. I have Boris the Bear #1, but it's not worth much anymore. A friend
of mine used to collect them. He had two or three long boxes of 'em. He had
GI Joe #3, 1st print, but it is in pretty shabby condition. I listen to
mostly Rap and Hip-Hop. What type(s) of music do you like? I gotta go, write
back if ya wanna!

Hey, well, whaddaya know! Another comic collector! I thought I was the only one on here. Good to have someone to talk (write?) to! So, what titles do you collect? Here's my list
Punisher
Ghost Rider
Darkhawk
X-men (the new ones)
X-force
Robotech
Ninja High school (just for laffs)
Armor
Samuree
and others....
I dont read much in the way of D.C. except for the occasional AD&D.
I collect all of the above on and off. It all depends when I have money. One interesting thing my friend has opened up is an in-school comic store with back-issues galore. I'm selling some of my back issues there, as well as some of my Role-Playing equipment. Well, I gotta go.

Merrill-
OK, I collect a buncha books. But I only collect Marvel. No DC, no
Dark Horse. I get every X-book in existence, a couple of Spider-man
books, Darkhawk, Sleepwalker, New Warriors, Ghost Rider, Guardians
of the Galaxy, Fantastic Four, Wolverine, Infinity War, and Warlock.
I love the Thing and Nightcrawler. If you're interested in
investments, here's a tip. Buy X-Factor 68. I'm positive Cyclops'
son, Nathan is going to grow up to be Cable (you knkw, that
mega-popular leader of X-Force) and if I'm right, that would make
X-Factor 68 his origin issue. His first appearance sells for $75.
This is a really good investment. Anyway, write me back and tell me
what you collect.

Dear author of comic books,
My name is Nathan and I've been collecting books for 5
years. My collection contains around 2,500 books. I live 10
miles from Grundy, where Roger Coleman lived before he was
executed. Anyway, back to comic books, I collect only marvel
comic books, like yourself. I collect Amazing Spiderman,
Spiderman {McFarlane's old book}, Punisher, Punisher's War
Journal, Punisher's War Zone, any Punisher appearances
anywhere, Uncanny X-Men, X-Men, X-Factor, X-Force, and
What-if. . . Well, that is the majority of them. Do you get
Wizard where you live? If you do, and you don't buy it, you
should check into it. It's a well-rounded magazine and well
worth reading. I agree with your theory about Christopher
Nathan being Cable. Oh yeah, I also collect any image comic
books as they come out. So far, all they have released is Young
Blood. Spawn is due out in a week or two. So are Marvel Cards
III. Did you manage to get the advance edition of the Venom
hologram card? Well, that is all I can basically think of at
this point. Write me back and tell me something new. Oh yeah,
I read another theory but I can't remember what it is.

Yo Skip,
I know you're out in Louisiana, but any way the Marvel
titles I like the most are Quasar, Iron Man, All the X books
, The Guardians of the Galaxy, Wolverine, Captain America,
Namor, The New Warriors, and Silver Surfer. Now if you were
refering to characters then my favorite characters are
Cyclops (who I think is the best leader the X-Men have),
Iron Man, Cable, Cannonball, Silver Surfer, Quasar, Beast,
Archangel, Nikki (of Guardians of the Galaxy), Wolverine,
Captain America, and Pheonix. Now as to how I can afford
all these comic book titles is because of my folks. Now
After Image gets on there feet I will probable be scaling
down my Marvel title quite a bit. Here is a little question
for you. Who were the first two mutants in Marvel Comics?
You should take a look a Image Comics they are going to be
extremely hot. Especially Spawn which has been created by
Todd McFarlane. Which Spidey titles do you collect and are
you going to get your hands on the 30th aniversery issues?
Where is your nearest comic book store? The comic book
store here in Coos Bay is ok, but there is a better one up
in Eugene (Oregon) that I go to from time to time. I get
all my comics at the comic book store here in Coos Bay.
What do you think of this Infinity War that is happening
in Marvel Comics? So far only Iron Man has been defeated.
That's unless Mr. Fantastic was defeated too. Who has
what Infinity Gem? I know that Gamora has the Time Gem,
Pip has the Space Gem, and Adam Warlock has at least the
Soul gem. Now who has the Power Gem and who has the Reality
Gem. As you can tell I missed some of the Infinity Guantlet.
You know you one of the few people who think that Cable is
Nathan Summers. Now who is Stryfe? Other than Wolverine
, Sabertooth, and Maverick who else is from the original
Weapon-X project? Well got to be going. Catch you later.
