The CQ World Wide SSB DX Contest is next weekend. It goes from 7pm
Friday, October 23 until 7pm Sunday, October 25. This contest is one
of the major contests of the year and is a lot of fun.
The object of this contest is to contact as many distant stations, in
other countries and continents, as possible. Contacts with different
continents are worth 3 points and contacts between stations within
North America are worth 2 points. There will be many DXpeditions that
weekend to put rare and isolated locations on the air as well.
The complete rules can be found here:

We should start to figure out operator schedules and what our entry
category will be. Please let me know if you're interested in
operating this contest. Even if you can make it for a few minutes,
please try to make it by.
