Hi Teresa,

It's crownvetch (Securigera varia).  There should be a lot of information about control of this plant, but it is a tough one. I remember a trip to Ellsworth County 20 years ago to look at it when ranchers were becoming concerned. I wish the noxious weed apparatus had been able to be more aggressive back then, when we saw it spreading into native pastures and hay meadows. At the time it was still being used for erosion control, I think. Good luck!
