Ok, so we have new faces, which is great, but does it mean they are
competent? will they uphold the law? where are their individual plans
for thier ministries (i know it might be early but i am sure the were
informed beforehand). I guess only time will tell. Diverstity and new
faces alone will not solve any of our problems

…very new faces indeed, unprecedented!! The next 5/10 years will be very interesting that some people will want them to pass very fast so badly and some very slow. With all due respect, Mh. Rais Mkapa did some good works, am hoping in the end of this new presidential term some of his efforts won’t be in vain; we won’t have huuuuuge deficit, tooooo much debt and all that...

Apart from all many other things, I wonder what’s the future of Muungano with these new faces, will they strengthen or weaken and finally dissolve the Unity? Will it be a fair “unity” between the mainland and the island or the mainland will continue to host the “hunchback” a great deal?

 

well, may be I am extreme and somebody already said we should give them a room to breathe, but it doesn’t’ hurt to speculateJ! So, let’s take guesses!
